The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) division of Finance and Treasury Board has an opportunity for a Demand Analyst to join our team. The position is located in Fredericton and the work is done in the office.
What You Will Do
The position responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
- Helping configure and maintain the organizations collaboration environments, currently based on MS SharePoint Online
- Working across OCIO to ensure that the organization delivers on its mandate
- Host and facilitate numerous GNB Governance meetings
- Schedule and host meetings, while minuting and publishing decisions
- Provide project management guidance and ensure that artifacts are created, reviewed, through to publication
- Champion the use of Records Management best practices across OCIO
- Draft communications material in support of OCIO
- Documenting and improving OCIO processes
- Track and expedite demand request across OCIO, provide metrics and reporting as needed
- Host and facilitate numerous GNB Governance meetings
- Working with GNBâ??s Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure that enterprise architecture is being supported and leveraged.
- Work to ensure GNBâ??s EA practice is supported from artifact creation, review through to publication.
- Host and facilitate numerous EA Governance meetings
- Schedule and host meetings, while minuting and publishing decisions
- Provide project management guidance to ensure that artifacts are created, approved and published in a timely manner
- Ensure EA related records are captured and managed as per their life cycle
- Draft communications material in support of the EA program
- Defining and maintaining EA process documentation
- Assist in the preparation and publishing of technical deliverables.
OCIO provides corporate leadership and expertise on Information related topics including cybersecurity, document management, Records Management, Privacy, Access to Information, etc. to the GNBâ??s broader public service.
â??Must Haveâ? QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate must possess a university degree with a minimum of two (2) years of progressively business experience. OR A community college diploma with a minimum of four (4) years of progressive business experience
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
Must have, or be eligible for, a Canadian federal Secret security clearance.

Written and spoken competence in English and French is required. Please state your language capability.

â??Nice to Haveâ? QUALIFICATIONS:
Preference may be given to candidates that possess one or more of the following asset qualifications:
- Experience in customer service
- Presentation and communication experience
- Experience in collaboration technologies
- Experience with MS Office technologies, and administration of Microsoft SharePoint sites.
Subject to the response to this competition, candidates may be required to demonstrate on their application the asset qualifications in addition to the essential qualifications in order to be given further consideration.

Salary: PB2 $1,820.00 to $2,541.00 bi-weekly.
