Scotiabank's Global Technology Services (GTS) Service Assets & Configuration Management department is responsible for the management of the Bank's hardware IT assets throughout their lifecycle from acquisition to retirement. We are also responsible for the standard IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes and oversight for adherence to the processes from our global partners.
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, you will play a critical part in the management of the Bank's hardware asset inventory by maintaining the thresholds, auditing the stockrooms, and managing the disposal process for end-of-life assets.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
• You have strong communication (verbal/written) and good interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external business partners and vendors.
• You have at least 2+ years of hands-on working experience with inventory management
• You have at least 2+ years of hands-on working experience with using Microsoft Excel for basic formulas and pivot tables.
• You possess problem solving, analytical and excellent attention to detail skills.
• We have a global mandate to govern our ITAM processes and compliance. Our focus is to find someone to enhance and mature our current ITAM processes where applicable, identify, and remediate discrepancies within our IT asset request workflows
