Job Description:
Claims Support Services provides a broad range of operational support and performs general to specialized transactions and activities to support our Claims Partners.
- The candidate will gain experience monitoring the daily workflow, and with the distribution for our own functional area to ensure required processing and service level goals. They will identify, document, and support the implementation of process improvement, operating policies, and procedures, that mitigate risks, and maximize availability of service, efficiency and effectiveness, and implement continuous process and performance improvements where opportunities exist.
- The intern will develop analytical skills through compiling and reviewing operational data and run testing to generate report to provide solution and insights to leaders, and business partners. They will analyze service, productivity and assess efficiency levels within own function.

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Data, Business/Commerce or related field
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term (requirement of all co-op/intern positions)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex data, identify trends, and make data driven decisions.
- Independent organized with an eye for detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to share information in a simple understandable way to teams with diverse levels of experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- This position is a 4-month work term and will commence May 5th – August 29th, 2025.
