Keltic is actively seeking a hardworking, organized and dedicated individual with ideally, two to five years of related experience in Transportation and Expedite Logistics.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Focus on division growth by offering support in the follow roles..
• Operations; freight movement management
• Dispatch related duties; systems driven
• Track and Trace; Customer service
• Establishing relationships with clients, prospects and carriers
• Rate negotiations
• Reporting..when required
• Custom documents preparation
• Eventual on-call rotation

Qualifications:

• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal/written)
• Must possess strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task
• MUST be detailed oriented and accuracy driven!
• Able to work in a fast paced, team environment
• Able to work effectively with minimum supervision

Hours: 9am to 6pm Mon-Fri or flexible
