Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager of HR Solutions and Analytics, this position plays a supportive role in enabling technology for HR service delivery and strategic decision making. The position operates in an environment where there is highly technical and innovative technology and one which continually seeks new opportunities for improved efficiencies.
This position will participate in new software implementation, expansion of system functionality, upgrades and other quality improvement projects contributing in the design, application testing, education and communication. They will write queries and reports for system users and prepare reports for managers, executive, government and external agencies. They will maintain, support and troubleshoot issues for HRIS, eRecruit, Position Control, Employee Portal, Footprints and other HR technologies. The Electronic Content Management Coordinator will update the complex web of dictionaries in HRIS ensuring integration with third party systems such as payroll, LMS, PIERS etc. They will ensure data integrity is achieved through auditing, introduction of system controls, creation of reference materials and delivery of training. This position will manage security and data access permissions in HRIS and assist with tracking, approvals and budget alignment of the position control system.

Job Qualifications
Education
Three year post-secondary diploma in Business Management, Computer Analytics or Information Management is required.
Experience
Three (3) years' experience within the last five (5) years in Human Resources, utilizing HR Technology at an advanced level is required.
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
An excellent understanding of the HRIS system, Meditech Payroll system, workflow software, report and query writing, Cognos Business Intelligence System.
Advanced use and knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.
Knowledge of Human Resources services delivery in Eastern Health.
Considerable independent decision making ability.
Demonstrated time management skills.
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communications and customer service skills.
