Job Title: Logistics Administrator
Location: St. John's, NL
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Rate of Pay: $20-$21 per hour

Position Overview
As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of logistics and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service through clear and effective communication.
* Track and trace shipments, coordinating appointment scheduling and deliveries.
* Accurately input and manage customer and vendor orders in the system.
* Perform administrative tasks, including filing, phone support, faxing, and other related duties.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Logistics Experience: Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation is an asset.
* Inventory Management: Experience working with inventory systems and processes is preferred.
* Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Attention to Detail: Strong ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and logistics operations.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
* Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Certification: Forklift Certification is considered an asset.
