21FSP is seeking a senior level consultant to augment its high-performance team and help meet a dynamic growth curve. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll be involved in a diverse range of projects that reside in the nexus of economic and social development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex consulting projects involving socio-economic impact analysis, team work on strategic planning, feasibility assessments, organizational reviews and navigation services for clients advancing large projects.
- Analyze research findings and synthesize them into clear written summaries enriched with visually appealing infographics.
- Lead the preparation of high-quality reports, presentations, executive briefings, interactive dashboards, and data visualizations for clients.
- Support the design and execution of research activities such as survey design and deployment.
- Contribute to strategic insights and recommendations that guide clients in addressing key challenges often using a future casting lens.
- Work independently while also contributing to a strong team ethos.
Qualifications:
- Senior level experience and demonstrated experience in project management, research, and writing.
- A post-secondary degree (Bachelor at minimum, Master level preferred) in economics, statistics, business, math, finance, data science, or related fields. Experience or interest in areas such as housing and working with Indigenous communities and organizations is an asset. Demonstrated experience in data analysis combined with other relevant credentials will also be considered.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities leavened with strategic foresight and confidence in solution finding and client support.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including Indigenous and other equity-deserving groups is required.
- Strong attention to detail, excellence in outcomes, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Previous experience in consulting or project-driven settings is an asset, but not required.
