As a Client Reporting Coordinator, you will be responsible for the overall success of the Registered Products Team within Global Wealth Management Operations. You will process complex transactions and provide reporting for Registered Plans for all MD Financial business lines, ensuring specific processes are executed and delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives and that all activities are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
- Process complex withdrawal transactions for various types of registered products such as refunds of excess contributions, marriage breakdown transfers, internal transfers, Home Buyer's, and Lifelong Learning withdrawals, including all RESP transactions within established service level timelines
- Manage, track and complete CRA Administrative Relief and Non-Qualified securities processes within regulatory deadlines
- Complete and submit all regulatory filings and reporting related to Registered Education Savings Plans (RESPs) within regulatory timelines
- Process and track all Group Registered Savings Plan deposits within established service levels
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We'd love to work with you if you have:
- A University degree, College diploma, or equivalent relevant experience in a related field
- 1 year experience in office administration, preferably in financial services
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
- An ability to work and communicate effectively with others to achieve optimal outcomes
- Initiative, are resourceful and have a focus on accuracy
- The ability to assess, develop, monitor, and improve complex business processes
