The Senior Manager, Reporting & Insights contributes to the overall success of the Sales Intelligence team in Canada ensuring business strategies, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
Senior Manager, Reporting & Insights is accountable for driving the development and optimization of the data strategy and delivering scalable business solutions using Analytics to internal and external teams.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable insights.

Present data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders, driving data-driven decisions.

Standardize and monitor Scorecard KPIs, communicating results regularly.

Develop and implement a Data-Insights-Action-Outcome framework for data analytics.

Analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven insights for solutions.

Partners with business and internal teams to implement Branch Scorecard reporting and executive insights to support all areas.

Strong ability to quickly and intuitively understand business needs to translate business requirements into analytics, and complex data analytics into actionable business insights both verbally and in writing.

Create leading indicators for various business areas to drive performance improvements.

Engage with leadership on innovative analysis approaches and data implications.

Design and implement reports to identify trends and support strategic goals.

Present meaningful results and insights to senior leadership.

Lead a team of data professionals to deliver impactful business insights.

Mentor and manage the analytics team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Degree in STEM

5-10 years of business or operational analysis experience with at least 5 years in a management level position

2+ years' experience in programming, application development and/or data warehousing.

Experience accessing, compiling and analyzing large volumes of data into usable form, using SAS, SQL server database programming.

Experience with BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

Strong communication skills with team members, clients, vendors and senior management
-
Strong prioritizing, planning, analytical, presentation, project management, people management and relationship building skills

Demonstrated business analysis leadership and experience in large, cross-functional enterprise initiatives within a fast-paced environment is required.
