Job Description:

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

National Office is responsible for defining and executing against the business strategy and growth aspirations of TD Wealth Financial Planning; a channel with 1,100 Financial Planners across Canada.

The team delivers on the following:

• The 5-year vision for TD Wealth Financial Planning.
• Programs and initiatives that drive acquisition, client retention, sales effectiveness, four pillar financial planning and legendary client experiences.
• Thought Leadership and continuous delivery of improved end-to-end experiences for both Financial Planners and clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Business Management Analyst, you will primarily be responsible for supporting the Financial Planning National Office in executing across key strategies, supporting field programs and providing meaningful insights to drive business decisioning.


• Support the hiring strategy, including setting and allocating the hiring targets across the country based on current and projected capacity, as well as market opportunity; develop strategic view of annual FTE plan and manage ongoing reporting.
• Helping to build the Distribution Strategy, including defining key programs and levers to deliver against stated objectives.
• Develop analytical solutions to support insight generation that aligns to strategy and drives business growth.
• Providing analysis and support for recommendations to strengthen the Financial Planner accreditation strategy and define the learning curriculum.
• Source and conduct deep analysis of data and insights to inform planning and business decisions, consolidating this information into easily digestible reports, presentations, and dashboards.
• Help track and report on the effectiveness of current initiatives in play.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled and ad-hoc meetings with stakeholders.
• Support the development of field and field leadership communications and change management initiatives.
• Provides day-to-day support and delivery of analytics insights and collateral
• Contribute to the identification of key performance indicators

EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATION:
• Undergraduate Degree (preferably in Business Administration, Finance or Commerce)
• Familiarity with database management, data extraction and manipulation. Proven efficiency in data analysis and visualization.
• Strongly efficient with MS Office products with advanced knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of TD's Wealth Advice businesses and the wealth managements industry as a whole – with sound understanding of the investment products, solutions and services offered.
