The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Junior Applications Support Analyst to join our Systems and Quality team. With a modern, cloud-first architecture and digitized work-environment, our Systems and Quality team takes pride in delivering innovative IT services and support to Provident10 employees and board members. In this permanent role, you will play a key role in providing core application support to Providetn10's internal stakeholders, and will contribute to all core application enhancement and implementation activities.
Your key activities will include:
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming service requests related to core applications.
- Document incoming requests for escalation, development, and testing.
- Test and validate software fixes.
- Monitor issue resolution and ensure vendor Service Level Agreements are met.
- Provide user education on application usage and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with users, vendors, and auditors to ensure comprehensive system and user documentation, and updating internal documents where required.
- Produce regular reports on support metrics, including issue trends, SLA tracking, and escalations.
- Provide backup and support for data analysis activities
What you'll bring to the role:
- A bachelor's degree, or college diploma in application analysis development or related field, supplemented by 1-3 years of core business application support experience.
- Experience working in an applications production support or application development environment.
- Experience in prioritizing and understanding the support lifecycle of incoming service requests.
- Working knowledge of Laserfiche, ServiceNow, and Sage is considered an asset.
Salary Range: $51,100 - $71,500
