Demands, duties, qualifications We are currently looking for a Network Analyst to support our daily network needs and assist in future network developments. As a member of our infrastructure team, you will:
• Help configure and manage a highly available enterprise level network infrastructure.
• Be responsible for configuring firewalls, switches, routers, and all network peripherals including the installation and configuration of systems, rule sets, proxies, and services.
• Be responsible for monitoring and diagnosing problems or areas of risk to minimize infrastructure downtime.
• Ensure that all changes impacting the network architecture are thoroughly planned, tested, and documented prior to implementation.
• Serve as a senior technical resource on a wide variety of projects to ensure that the network systems are fully utilized and that best practices are followed.
• Assist in implementing network-related security controls and partake in addressing security-related incidents as indicated by the monitored systems or as required by the service desk.

About You
Your education and experience include:
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or another related field.
• Minimum of eight years' network administration experience in an enterprise level.
• Minimum of five years' experience with various networking technologies such as Cisco ACI, Nexus, and Catalyst switches, Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX, and F5 loader balancers.
• Experience with log manipulations, network test and monitoring tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Current Cisco and Juniper certifications would be considered an asset.

You have the following skills and abilities:
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide advance support for multi-layer networks and network peripherals.
• Superior communication skills coupled with the ability to facilitate solutions with team members and external stakeholders.
• Ability to describe participation in processes involving change management, release management, vendor management, and escalation procedures.
• Strong understanding of privacy, security, and network access controls.
