The opportunity
We're looking for a ServiceNow Manager/Senior Manager, who is experienced in working with a wide range of client stakeholders in software application development space. As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and delivering Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Security Operations (SecOps) solutions for our clients.
Your key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to our clients as well as our engagement team to provide delivery leadership
- Participate in or lead business development activities, from opportunity identification, qualification, scoping, solutioning, proposal writing, presentations and demonstrations
- Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver successful implementations.
- Monitor the engagement team's progress against the plan and alter it when needed.
- Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to apply knowledge and services.
- Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Delegate work successfully. Conduct timely performance reviews and provide performance feedback/training. Lead by example.
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have
- 5+ years of experience in business and/or technical management of requirements and delivery of projects as a Business Consultant / Business Development / Pre-sales, and or Project/Program Manager
- A deep understanding and knowledge of implementing ServiceNow's IRM or SecOps solution
- Strong connections in the market to establish and expand the ServiceNow practice.
- Worked across various stakeholder groups including end users, functional teams, operations, infrastructure and more to transfer knowledge and resolve problems.
- Built long-term business relationships with senior client personnel and executives through engagements and networking.
- Worked with senior firm leaders to understand, enhance and integrate service offerings across service lines
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform as well as experience delivering ServiceNow implementations is a requirement.
- Strong experience and skillsets in selling ServiceNow and service offerings to potential clients / customers, and the necessary knowledge and technical knowhow in working with customers and delivery team
Ideally, you'll also have
- Understanding of ServiceNow Platform design and architecture
- Professional certifications (PMP)
- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment
- The ability to develop relationships and rapidly build credibility and trust

The salary range for this job for a Manager in British Columbia is $90,000 to $165,000 and a Senior Manager is $120,500 to $216,000. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
