As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our integrated marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Planning Services & Campaign Operations, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams like marketing, production, media channels leads and merchandising to execute impactful end-to-end full funnel campaigns that align with our strategic goals. Your responsibilities include coordinating creative briefs, managing project timelines, and analyzing campaign performance across channels. With a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement, you will influence media tactics, maintain marketing calendars, and create informative presentations. Key Responsibilities:

Integrated Campaign Management

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and cross-functional team partners to gather required information for monthly strategy sessions, campaign kick-offs, and briefing meetings.
  • Facilitate the completion and integration of creative briefs with the marketing lead and key production stakeholders to ensure campaigns are reflective of the marketing strategy and clearly outline the key deliverables.
  • Coordinate all cross-functional teams involved in the complete campaign development process—from briefing and creative development to production, launch, and post-evaluation.
  • Centralize campaign data for timely analysis in alignment with the post-reporting schedule, ensuring cross-functional teams have access to key performance metrics.
  • Lead readouts with marketing leads and key business partners, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for optimization and future campaign improvements.
  • Serve as a key consultant to influence the media tactic mix in collaboration with media planning and digital team leads.
  • Develop and maintain blocking charts and workback schedules to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and align with strategic goals across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Assist in creating monthly campaign summaries for divisional visibility into marketing programs.

Planning & Process Support

  • Assist marketing planning leads in maintaining an up-to-date divisional marketing calendars that accurately reflects key campaign details.
  • Collaborate with the manager to drive ongoing process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiencies in our go-to-market execution.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in campaign execution and collaboration across teams.

Minimum Education:

  • University/College degree in a related area of study, or equivalent experience.

Minimum Years of Work Experience:

  • 3+ years experience in project management

Minimum Leadership Experience:

  • Previous leadership experience is an asset
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset

  • None

Other Requirements/Assets:

  • Working knowledge of media and budget tracking is an asset
