The Professional Services delivery team is the consulting arm of Bell Business Markets (BBM) responsible for the design, execution and implementation of solutions for the enterprise customer market.

Our Network and Security Professional Services delivery team has an immediate need for a Senior Manager to lead the project delivery team for one of our major strategic customer.
Job Duties/ Accountabilities- Responsible for the Network and Security Professional services team
- Accountable to meet revenue and margin target for the practice
- Hire, manage, and mentor direct reports (approximately 10)
- Business development through close collaboration with the account executives' team
- Maintains relationships with key customer
- Identify key market trends and evolve the practice
- Responsible for revenue and margin forecasting
- Develop strategic partnership with external partners / vendors
- Hire contractors as required to fulfill delivery engagements
- Work with support team to assign resources to projects: manage and forecast resource utilization
- Foster a community of collaboration and contribution across the National Practice
- 5+ years in IT
- 3-5 years leading engineering and/or operations teams
- Bachelor or specialized college degree in Computer Science, System Engineering or another related IT program
- Networking and/or Security solutions experience
- Gather and translate business requirements to service offers / proposals
- Ability to influence and gain support
- Writing, presentation and communication skills in French
- Superb customer relations and the ability to interact with customers at all levels
