Reporting: New Campaign Manager

Salary Band: 11 Professional

Onboarding &/or Probation: Full-time in-office for the first 6 months, based in Moncton, NB or Halifax, NS. After this time, you can choose to either continue working full-time in the office or switch to a hybrid model, coming into the office 2-3 times a week.

Responsibilities

Integrated Marketing Strategies: Develop and manage integrated marketing and communications strategies with external partners and internal stakeholders. Execute campaigns across Atlantic Canada using a mix of owned, earned, and paid tactics.

Campaign Management: Assist in briefings and oversee campaign delivery in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, including creative, production, and media agencies. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Trend Analysis: Stay updated on current and emerging trends in marketing, communications, and social responsibility to apply best practices to campaigns.

Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and optimize in-market campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, including web analysis and KPI evaluation.

Compliance: Ensure all campaigns and communications adhere to regulatory, responsible gambling, brand, and reputational standards.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Post-secondary degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience, including working with external vendors and managing the briefing process to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Experience coordinating marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
  • Intermediate project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data reporting.
  • Must be 19 years of age or older to apply
  • Must reside in Atlantic Canada

  • Data Interpretation: Analyze data from various sources to support data-driven marketing activities.
  • Campaign Execution: Assist in building and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish, including tactic identification, scheduling, creative development, monitoring, optimization, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in ambiguous situations with frequently changing time frames and short deadlines.
  • Vendor Management: Manage external vendors, ensuring they deliver on strategy.
  • Multi-tasking: Handle multiple tasks, problem-solve, prioritize, and manage a variety of activities competently.
  • Resilience: Maintain composure in stressful situations and be willing to work beyond regular business hours when necessary.
