Steele Honda is seeking a Customer Communication Assistant Manager to join our team!
As a Customer Communication Assistant Manager with Steele Honda, you will take videos of ongoing repairs to client vehicles, keeping clients updated on progress, and allowing them a chance to be part of the decision-making process. This video process is innovative and personal, creating transparency throughout the vehicle servicing process and working closely with Technicians, Service Advisors and clients to ensure proper communication takes place.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct video documentation of the repair status of client's vehicles.
- Clearly explain on video the completed repairs and / or necessary repairs on video to be shared with the client.
- Assist the client in the decision-making process through clearly and concisely explaining the benefits of any required repairs or maintenance.
- Provide a proper explanation of the technician's vehicle prognosis on video.
- Promptly upload the video to the client.
- Maintain current, up-to-date knowledge of vehicle parts and repairs.
- Plan, film and edit videos using Samsung technology.
- Consistently update videos and check in with the customer regarding their needs and wants.
- Support service department and other duties as required.
- Maintaining a tidy environment both in the shop and the lot.
Requirements:
- Comfortable explaining service processes on camera (voice only).
- Be prompt, punctual and detailed orientated.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license, clean driver's abstract.
