Join Our Team as a Marketing Campaign Manager at Atlantic Lottery!

Are you passionate about marketing strategy, data-driven decision-making, and creative problem-solving? Atlantic Lottery (AL) is seeking a dynamic Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Salary Band: $71,652 - $113,748 - A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $76,000 - $86,000 at the time of this posting. (Individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, market conditions, relevant experience, education, training and internal equity).

Work Location: Office or Hybrid option working from our Moncton or Halifax Offices.

Responsibilities

Develop and Lead Campaigns: Create and manage integrated B2C marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, programmatic, social media, display, video, TV, and out-of-home.

Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to build comprehensive player marketing initiatives that achieve KPIs and delight our players.

Manage Agencies: Oversee the delivery of campaign activities by internal and external agencies, including designers, animators, and printers.

Ensure Timely Delivery: Manage the successful delivery of marketing campaigns on time and within budget.

Optimize Campaigns: Continuously monitor and optimize in-market campaigns, providing regular reports and insights on campaign performance, including web analysis and KPI evaluation.

Measure ROI: Regularly measure and report on the ROI of campaigns to stakeholders.

Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Lead by example in driving innovative marketing strategies and solutions.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of professional marketing experience.
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with external vendors, including briefing, managing relationships, and ensuring strategic delivery.
  • Extensive knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing.
  • Ability to occasionally work beyond traditional business hours.

Professional Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data from various sources and build data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies from start to finish.
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to changing time frames and short deadlines.
  • Keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize effectively.
  • Agile and nimble in adapting to change.
