Position:Summer Student - IT Administration and Support
Location: Moncton, NB in office
Work Term: Typically 16 weeks

Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering requirements, administration, and development on the ServiceNow SPM platform.
- Translate user requirements into valuable solutions and training opportunities.
- Audit and ensure the quality and accuracy of data in the SPM toolset.
- Assist with data inputs and analysis for time tracking and compliance.
- Attend team meetings and communicate status updates.
- Support reporting requirements to aid management decision-making.
- Basic experience with IT software and a willingness to learn new applications.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and create functional solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to create basic process flows.
- IT-focused with an interest in coding (experience is a plus).
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information in everyday language.
Requirements:
- Age Requirement: Must be 19 years of age or older by the start date.
- Residency: Must reside in Atlantic Canada.
Education Requirements:
- Studying in post-secondary education in IT, computer science, or a related field.
