Compensation

The minimum salary for this position is $71,603 per annum. Starting salary will be determined based on the successful candidate's education, experience, and internal equity.

Overview

The Content Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in shaping our brand's online presence and thought leadership position by creating engaging and relevant content across various platforms. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services, as well as creating content that attracts and engages the target audience, drives website traffic, and generates leads.

Responsibilities

Thought Leadership

  • Design and implement content marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

Content Creation and Distribution

  • Craft valuable and relevant content to attract and engage a defined target audience
  • Work closely with sales and product development to ensure cohesive messaging
  • Oversee the production of high-quality content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media updates
  • Develop and manage an editorial calendar, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Share content through various channels to ensure a strong web presence

SEO and Analytics

  • Utilize SEO best practices and analyze content performance to optimize future campaigns
  • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase engagement

Vendor Management

  • Work with our vendors and partners to develop and manage the marketing deliverables in accordance with our business goals

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Content Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Marketing designations or certificates considered an asset.
  • CEBS & FLMI certifications considered an asset; not necessary.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.
  • Experience with Webflow or Hubspot considered an asset
