Position Purpose:

Coordinate and execute ongoing online maintenance activities for online product assortment. Identify, track and resolve customer facing issues to ensure a frictionless online experience. Work directly with cross-functional teams as well as offshore support teams to streamline minimize and resolve data misalignment issues impacting the online shopping experience.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage (daily, weekly, and monthly) cleanse activities, and process improvements with internal and offshore team (as per department need).
  • Inform cross-functional partners and stakeholders of data initiatives as well as maintenance process changes.
  • Communicate effectively to cross functional teams on data issues and what support are required from the teams
  • Work with internal and external teams (Ecommerce, Merchandising, Offshore, etc.) to ensure business needs and maintenance activities are being captured within ticketing portal and SLAs are achieved.
  • Comprehend website logic (price and cost conditions, system syncs) in order to effectively assess and troubleshoot data issues.
  • Maintain online product catalog changes, product content changes (marketing, assets, specifications, dimensions, etc.), and logistics and supply chain product changes with offshore team.
  • Support Project teams on small to large scale projects, by identifying data requirements and executing activities within project deadlines.
  • Look to improve process and drives efficiencies through automation.
  • Experience with reporting and most important, analysis and insights (leading to action items).
  • Ability to prioritize in urgent settings, being able to manage fast-paced environment, multi-tasking and organization skills are essential.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, and Word).
  • History of delivering accurate results within deadlines, with well-developed project management skills.
  • Possess the confidence and ability to communicate effectively to cross-functional teams, stakeholders regarding new processes and/or current data initiatives.
  • Multi-tasking and organization skills are essential.
  • Strong data processing and data management abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and networking are key to success to coordinate vendor and merchant activities.

Competencies:

  • Must have prior experience as a data analyst or in a ecommerce/data relevant role (2 years).
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, and Word).

Skills:

  • The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree/diploma program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job is required.
  • Experience with providing customer support and managing escalations.
  • Ability to prioritize in urgent settings, being able to manage fast-paced environment, multi-tasking and organization skills are essential.
  • Strong communication skills are key to success to coordinate vendor and merchant activities.
  • The ability to liaise with cross-functional partners to address concerns, process gaps or insights.
