About the Program
The Enhanced Orientation for LPN Program is an innovative and supportive process that allows Internationally Educated Nurses to confidently transition into nursing practice at Shannex. The program will be delivered at a newly designed and developed healthcare learning space in West Bedford. By the end of the program, participants will provide safe, competent, ethical, and compassionate nursing care according to Shannex's policies and standards of practice.
Shannex's Learning and Development team will facilitate in person learning and provide ongoing support to nurses as they transition into practice. We are now accepting applications for our next cohort scheduled to start in April 2025.
