Purpose
As a Associate within the Business Process Re-Engineering team, you will work in a team of consultants participating in all aspects of engagements. This includes gathering and analyzing business data, designing, communicating, and implementing recommendations. You will be cultivating relationships with stakeholders and presenting analysis to bank executives to promote change around the organization.

Use analytical and quantitative problem-solving methods to assess, design and implement optimization opportunities to better connect, streamline and simpligy cross-functional operations

Provide advice and guidance to management and staff and internal and external stakeholders about business process management principles, Lean Six Sigma re: the identification, improvement, and sustainment of process improvement initiatives (DMAIC)

Effectively communicate complex ideas and strategically influence middle and executive leadership to adopt productivity improvements and champion change management

Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge, in supporting team objectives and personal development

Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions

Directs day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with the Bank's risk culture and the relevant risk appetite statement and limits. Communicates the Bank's risk culture and risk appetite statement throughout their teams.

Contributes to a high-performance environment where employees invest wisely, take accountability, and work on the right things. Ensure timely, high-quality processes and procedures are efficient and effective to enable our business partners' success and deliver a superior customer experience.

Contributes to an environment in wich the team pursues effective and efficient operations within the respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

0-2 years of relevant experience, including cost reduction/productivity improvement expertise

Post secondary degree in business, information technology or related discipline

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an asset

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
