Title : Coordinator, Workplace Campaigns Development

In this role, you will :
- Help a team of volunteers and employees organize, deliver and review activities.
- Collate the results and identifiy discrepancies to be analyzed by the appropriate managers.
- Provide support to the Entraide Campaign and the network of fundraising volunteers (workplace campaigns).
- Research targeted businesses and prepare presentation documents.
- Develop a tracking, filing and archiving system and coordinate testimony requests.
- At the request of management, prepare letters, documents and correspondence for workplace campaigns and offer clerical support to the Fundraising leads.
- Produce reports, statistics and analyses as required.
What we are looking for :
- A college education in business administration (marketing option), humanities or a relevant combination of education and/or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of experience in a philanthropic environment (marketing and fundraising).
- At least two years' work experience supporting volunteer teams.
- Knowledge of and practical experience with the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Raiser's Edge.
- Fluency in English and French.
