As a Sales Specialist at SubC Imaging, you'll be at the forefront of driving global sales with your expertise and passion for closing deals. Your technical know-how will help you confidently showcase the value of our cutting-edge underwater cameras, lights, and lasers to clients in industries such as offshore energy and scientific research.
You'll be the driving force behind expanding our market presence and maximizing revenue. Taking ownership of the entire sales cycle, you will identify and pursue new opportunities, close high-value B2B deals, and build lasting relationships with clients. This role is for someone who thrives on the thrill of the chase, knows how to navigate competitive waters, and isn't afraid to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results.

THE ROLE:
Sales Growth & Revenue Generation:
- Pipeline Management - navigate the sales process from lead acquisition to deal closure, focusing on high-value opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups, and tracking progress to meet sales objectives
- Lead Generation - Actively hunt for new business leads through cold outreach, inbound inquiries, and networking via phone, email, and social media. Demonstrate resilience and a competitive edge in pursing B2B opportunities.
- Revenue Growth - Propel revenue by identifying and capitalizing in new business opportunities, using strategic instincts to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Opportunity Engagement - Seek upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer value and maximize revenue. Engage effectively with clients, showcasing the assertiveness of a great white shark to support overall revenue goals.
- Solution Selling - Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions. Use problem-solving skills to address challenges and align solutions with client objectives.
- Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders. Collaborate with clients and internal teams using effective communication skills.
Sales Process Optimization & AI Integration:
- Salesforce Proficiency - Master Salesforce for lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting. Maintain accurate sales data to manage time effectively and stay organized.
- Process Optimization - Utilize AI driven tools to enhance sales processes and boost efficiency. Embrace new technologies to increase productivity
Industry Representation:
- Industry Networking - Represent SubC Imaging at international conferences and industry events. Network with potential clients and partners to generate new business leads, demonstrating confidence and adaptability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Sales Experience - Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, ideally within the tech manufacturing, energy, or scientific industries.
- CRM Software Expertise - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools, with a focus on optimizing sales processes
- Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated - Capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team, environment.
- Willingness to Travel - Willingness to travel internationally for conferences and industry events.
- Established Network - An established network of contacts within the energy and or science research industries, with a demonstrated need for our products, would be considered a strong asset.
- AI Sales Tools - Experience with AI-driven sales tools and automation to enhance sales effectiveness, considered an asset.
- Additional Software - Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar, Meet) or similar software expected.
