Acura of Moncton is seeking a strategic and versatile Fixed Operations Manager to join our team!
As the Fixed Operations Manager with Acura of Moncton, you will oversee the daily operations of the service, parts, and shop departments, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. You will drive revenue growth, control expenses, and maintain high customer satisfaction while ensuring safety and quality standards. You'll also collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows and enhance service offerings. If you are a motivated, customer-oriented individual with experience in automotive service management, this role provides a great opportunity for professional growth and performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and mentor your team to success in the automotive industry
- Focus on customer satisfaction, profitability, and accuracy
- Oversee repair procedures and ensure dealership standards are met
- Assist with diagnostics and communicate technical issues to staff
- Maintain shop tools, equipment, and organization for maximum efficiency
- Train and develop personnel for skill improvement
- Monitor productivity and efficiency of staff regularly
- Coordinate staff training
- Help customers in timely manner
- Mentor and Coach staff for excellent customer service
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of automotive experience preferably in Fixed Operations
- Strong leadership skills
- Organized, hardworking, and self-motivated
- Excellent time management abilities
- Managerial experience is a plus
