Steele Honda is seeking Service Valet to join our team!
As a Service Valet with Steele Honda, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our service customers. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your customer service expertise while contributing to our commitment to delivering exceptional service and enhancing our client's experience. The hours for this will be 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
Please note that this role is not eligible for participation in the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Assist service clients with vehicle drop-off and pick-up in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure proper sanitization of client vehicles in accordance with guidelines.
- Collaborate with the washbay team when necessary, including washing vehicles.
- Contribute to enhancing the store's reputation by taking ownership of new tasks and exploring ways to add value to job accomplishments.
- Greet customers promptly upon arrival in the service drive-thru.
- Collect accurate vehicle information for key tags.
- Perform vehicle walkarounds, noting any significant areas of concern.
- Tag keys, park vehicles, and return them to customers upon completion of service.
- Perform additional duties as required, such as snow removal and walkway clearing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to drive manual shift vehicles.
- Capable of working outside in various weather conditions.
- Strong ability to work independently, with effective time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Consistent attendance record.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
