NB Power offers a variety of summer student employment opportunities throughout the province. These positions provide an opportunity to gain learning experiences and exposure. To be eligible for summer student positions you must be currently enrolled at a post-secondary institution for the fall of 2025.

Types of positions may include (but are not limited to):

• Administrative Support
• Business Administration
• Business Analytics
• Computer Science
• Engineering
• Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
• Information Technology
• Labourer
• Meter Reader
• Storekeeper

Anticipated start dates for positions vary between May and June 2025.

For all positions reporting to Point Lepreau Nuclear Generating Station, due to security requirements at Canadian Nuclear facilities, successful candidates will require a Site Access Security Clearance which includes verification of background information, references, a Criminal Record Name Check and a Canadian Security Intelligence Service security recommendation.
