Be at the centre of Bell's transformation and growth on the Corporate Services team. Enabling our industry-leading businesses requires many teams working collaboratively, such as Corporate Security & Responsibility, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, Procurement, Strategic Business Transformation and Real Estate. You'll be part of guiding strategic vision and hands-on delivery of the business to drive our business forward and support groups and team members across the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications in the HR Module, including custom workflows, scripts, and integrations.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, test and implement solutions using ServiceNow's platform, including its various modules and features.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications
Critical Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience developing ServiceNow applications – specifically the HR module
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and its core components.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and AngularJS.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Preferred Qualifications

• NET and MVC programming, unit testing, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Angular
• Having worked in an agile methodology environment
• Good knowledge of robustness and security programming
• Great problem solving and debugging skills
• Passion for computer science and new technologies
• Able to work well with a team

Additional Requirements
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with other IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
