Our Technology Consulting department is at the forefront of driving digital transformation and delivering exceptional value through cutting-edge technology implementations. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion ERP - Technical Expert to join our dynamic team in EY Canada Oracle Practice.

Role Overview: As an Oracle Fusion ERP - Technical Expert, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions for our clients. You will leverage your extensive technical expertise and consulting experience to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP modules, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Customize and configure Oracle Fusion ERP modules to align with client-specific needs.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP and other enterprise systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of implemented solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion ERP features, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations to demonstrate technical capabilities and provide expert advice.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP technical implementation and support.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering Oracle Fusion ERP projects in a consulting environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules, including but not limited to Financials, Procurement, HCM, and SCM.
  • Proficiency in Oracle development tools and technologies, such as SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle ADF, Oracle database, BIP reporting tools and Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of ERP integration methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oracle Fusion ERP certification(s) is a plus.
