We are looking for an experienced full stack developer with a demonstrable track record of contributing at a senior level to new and existing web-based applications and platforms.

You will be responsible for:

  • Engaging in a dynamic, collaborative work environment
  • Contributing to the ongoing evolution and improvement of our software development practices, platforms and people.
  • Supporting the execution of our Agile Scrum approach to work by exemplifying the Scrum values of Courage, Focus, Commitment, Respect and Openness
  • Developing new features for our public website and internal business tools, including back-end administration features
  • Working with clients to solve complex problems, providing options while ensuring they have the tailored solutions required to meet their objectives.
  • Building high-quality, reusable code and libraries for future use

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of development experience with a focus on web technologies
  • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript / Typescript frameworks
  • Prior experience developing web applications using C# / .net core 8 and MS SQL
  • Familiarity with CMS concepts such as structured content and skins/themes
  • Experience with version control systems (preferably, Git)
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and workarounds
  • Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring adherence to them
  • Experience working as a member of a Scrum development team
  • Experience developing and deploying solutions that include cloud services and platforms

  • Always thinks about how we can do things better, contributing to workflow improvements and team discussions

Experience with the following would be considered an asset:

  • Techniques and best-practices for designing responsive web pages
  • Delivering WCAG 2.0 AA compliant accessible web sites
  • Asynchronous request handling, partial page updates
  • Continuous integration and release management tools
  • Server-side CSS frameworks, such as Tailwind/ Daisy UI
  • Automated web testing tools and techniques
  • Umbraco CMS development
