Service New Brunswick is seeking multiple individuals to join the Technology Services Division as an Access Management Analyst. The SNB Technology Services Division provides technology services to all Government of New Brunswick departments and Regional Health Authorities. With over 700 employees, we form one of the largest IT employers in the province with office locations in most cities and regions. We are mandated to deliver an extensive range of IT Services across various information technology disciplines.
This position is part of a multi-disciplinary and highly skilled team assigned to creating and supporting innovative strategies to help transform GNB service delivery through the Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) platform.
The Access Management Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that information, data security and integrity is maintained through compliance with established policies, procedures, and industry best practices. You are an administrator assigned to maintaining user access for individuals using the ERP Solution based on user access requests received from authorized requestors.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage access to the ERP Solution Applications and data using an auditable process.
- Ensure that application/data security is met through compliance with policies/procedures.
- Ensure requests are completed within key performance indicator limits.
- Provide guidance to other teams when resolving access-related issues.
- Assist other teams with access related aspects of project coordination.
- Assist in the development and documentation of new processes relating to employee access to applications.
- Manage client escalations take ownership of requests and see them to resolution.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:The successful candidate must possess a two (2) year program at the community college level in computer technology or in a relevant discipline.
Subject to the response to this competition, an equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
Written and spoken competence in English and French is required.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS: Preference may be given to candidates who demonstrate they have training or experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Experience working in the public sector.
- Knowledge of access management tools in ERP Applications (i.e., Oracle Fusion,) Familiarity with administrating user credentials in various software applications.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and a commitment to providing responsive, high-quality support.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly assimilate the latest information and learn new systems and processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in the English language, with significant user interaction expected.
- Demonstrated proficiency and understanding of access control principles.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Candidates will be required to undergo Criminal History Clearance prior to appointment.
