Position Overview:

The City of Saint John is currently accepting resumes for the position of Finance Clerk with Financial Services Department. This position is responsible for ensuring financial obligations of the City of Saint John are met by verifying and processing payments for goods and services, recording and maintaining financial records and reports for designated commissions and/or departments and ensuring all expenditures are in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.

Essential Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have Diploma or Degree in Business Administration in Accounting. This academic background should be supplemented with a minimum of three years of accounting experience.
