Purpose
Analysts in TMTH Investment Banking enjoy a stimulating and challenging work environment in which they execute a broad range of M&A and financing transactions across the technology, media, telecom and healthcare sectors. A high degree of responsibility is afforded to those demonstrating initiative and the desire to take on such responsibility.
What You'll Do:
- Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge
- Evaluate and analyzing the financial needs of corporate clients, including the development of financial models
- Monitor the broader TMTH environment to inform the team on key developments and potential opportunities
- Create marketing materials and presentations
- Support transaction structuring and execution efforts, with increasing levels of responsibility and accountability over time
- Identify and developing business opportunities with clients
- Seek out opportunities for professional development
- Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions
- Champions a high performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Finance, Math, Engineering, Economics, Science or Technology
- Completion or an intent to complete a professional designation (CPA, CFA, CBV, etc.) considered additive and complementary to role
- Comprehensive financial statement analysis and create and maintain models
- Solid experience in financial and written analysis of companies and industries to collect, consolidate and interpret company and industry data
- Client presentations preparation, including compiling data and assembling presentation materials
- Experience to support the drafting of prospectuses, related documentation and marketing materials for transactions
- Product and capital markets knowledge to help clients achieve their financial objectives
- Ability to work cohesively with other industry and product groups on live mandates and origination activities
Work Arrangement:
This position is largely an onsite role, with the expectation that you will work a minimum of four days a week in the office. Please note that this is subject to change based on the needs of the business.
