We are seeking a Test Lead to join our new Agile Team. As a Test Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our system changes. As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing process for major projects, from planning and execution to documentation and communication of results. Your expertise will help reduce defects and enhance the overall quality of our deliverables. Furthermore, you will gather and analyze business requirements, communicate with stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements.

Work Location: Office or Hybrid option working from one our Atlantic Canadian Offices (Moncton, NB, Halifax, NS, or St. John's, NL)
Plan, deliver, and execute testing services for assigned projects:
- Develop the appropriate test plans required to ensure effective SIT and UAT testing will occur for a given project.
- Manage the test design, scheduling, test execution, and work distribution amongst Quality Analysts and Business Users.
Report on Testing Services:
- Gather project testing metrics and consolidate into Testing Status Reports for each project.
- Distribute reports in a timely manner.
- Escalate any possible deviations from the established testing plan.
- Develop Test Exit Reports.
Ensure that solutions delivered to production are of the agreed level of quality:
- Manage defects and work with Business Users and vendors to determine the priority and severity of issues.
- Ensure the end product meets the needs of the organization.
Assist in the leadership of Testing Services:
- Contribute to the overall Testing Services Framework.
- Participate in the development of the Testing Services vision and strategy.
- Provide subject matter expertise in the area of quality control and quality assurance.
- Continuously participate in process improvements to deliver more effective and efficient testing services.
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new projects and system enhancements.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations for solutions that align with business goals.
- 3+ years' experience working in a cross-functional testing team with some of those years working in a test lead capacity.
- Knowledge of performance testing and automation methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of quality management tools such as test management and defect management.
- A Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business-related fields.
- Must reside in Atlantic Canada
