Job Summary
The Maintenance Repairer with Infrastructure Support is responsible for the maintenance and repair work of the corporation's buildings, equipment and grounds. Duties include replacing light bulbs, moving furniture and equipment, picking up and delivering supplies, cleaning and collecting garbage from job sites, performing demolition work, assisting other trades as necessary and assisting in the operations of all maintenance services.

Occasionally Lifting or moving objects over 50 lbs. Tasks could include carrying large boxes, moving furniture, shoveling snow, operating a snow blower, climbing ladders, lifting linen bags, and pushing/pulling laundry carts, etc.
Standing or walking for extended periods of time.
Exact results and precision are required when working with power tools or performing carpentry work that requires precision cuts and fittings.
Alertness and concentration are required when performing repetitive electrical work or when operating equipment.
Job Qualifications
Graduation from high school or equivalent.
A satisfactory record of work performance is required
