To provide Facility support to Jazz employees in Quebec, Ontario and Eastern Provinces.
Key Activities:
- Primary contact for all facility issues in the Eastern Region
- Responsible for internal customer requests regarding facility operations and repairs.
- Report all maintenance and facility requests to appropriate landlord, contractor or department for action
- Provide support for capital budgeting and expenses.

Assist departments with project requests, determine project scope, source trades, acquire quotations, update floor
plans, determine project timeliness along with budgetary requirements required for AFC submission. - Provide project management research, data and reports to management or project team.
- Provide escort to contractors and vendors requiring airside access for Facility department.
- Process invoices for service providers within the portfolio.
- Ensure emergency evacuations maps are current and posted.
- Correct any workplace inspection findings.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Perform duties in accordance with established policies and procedures while giving primary consideration to personal safety, and the safety of co-workers and customers.
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Working knowledge of buildings, infrastructure, systems and applicable Federal/Provincial codes.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, Project.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required; proficiency in French is preferred.
- Must have the ability to obtain a RAIC (Restricted Area Identification Card).
- Previous experience with processing invoices, managing external contracts is considered an asset.
