Position Summary:
Reporting to the Regional Vice-President, Business Development, Quebec, you will be responsible for implementing sales and client retention policies and strategies for the Corporate Accounts business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the analysis of bids and the development of a financial strategy in this market segment
  • Plan and follow up on representation activities with the group insurance consulting firms assigned to you
  • Analyze and negotiate renewals and follow-up on existing clients files assigned to you
  • Work with Consultants/Advisors, Plan Sponsors and Internal Operations to provide exceptional service that meets or exceeds client expectations
  • Follow-up on the processing of requests from plan administrators and consultants
  • Promote our products and services to clients and consultants
  • Develop an effective mode of communication with all internal departments and maintain quality professional relations with all stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • AMF certification
  • Five to ten years' experience in group insurance
  • Very good knowledge of the group insurance market and health services; ability to stand out in the development, growth and management of a business block
  • MS-Office Suite, SalesForce
  • In order to meet the needs of English-speaking clients, this position requires bilingualism
