Manage all functions related to inventory within the RSC as well as the operational integrity of the EXE WMS. Actively contributes to a positive and productive working environment.
Here's where you'll be focusing:
- Run and review the EXE RSC adjustment listing daily
- Provide analysis and action plans to reduce inventory loss
- Comply with all RSC audit expectations/ all programs and standards
- Pre-plan and identify future space requirements
- Act as liaison with the Procurement Department
- Investigate and address product issues
- Reconcile inventory BOH discrepancies between the host and warehouse systems
- Ensure warehouse financial reporting, relating to inventory shrink, is maintained accurately with/ through the Regional Finance Department.
- Manage the inventory cycle count and process
- Manage the auditing schedule and process
- Co-ordinate daily activities of inventory control staff
- Coach, counsel, and discipline as required
- Participate in ongoing training
- Assist with the administrative support for Shipping and Receiving
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment as per company
- Compliance with all Company food safety standards, guidelines and procedures
What you have to offer:
- A minimum of three years experience in inventory control
- Previous supervisory experience
- Experience working in a warehouse/ distribution environment
- Working knowledge of EXE and SAP would be an asset
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work in a multi temperature environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Various shifts including evenings and weekends
