  • Community and Partner Engagement: Establish partnerships to strengthen the organization's profile and community ties. Oversee community relations initiatives, enhancing brand alignment with local interests.

As the ideal candidate you have post-secondary education in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field, combined with a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or brand management. A proven leader of people, the Director of Marketing & Communications inspires and empowers their team, creating an environment of trust and collaboration while guiding their team toward shared success. Experience implementing successful marketing and communications strategies and campaigns, including measurement and performance monitoring is a must.
