Title : Accounting Technician

In this role, you will :

• Perform general accounting tasks with the provided software.
• Perform various accounting analysis.
• Prepare journal entries.
• Prepare required financial reports to support effective decision making.
• Contribute to budget and monthly financial statements preparation.
• Act as a first line of contact for all internal and external clients.
• Perform any other finance or administration duties related to the position, as needed.

What we are looking for :

• College diploma in accounting or finance; any relevant combination of experience may be considered.
• Three years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics AX is an asset.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Commitment to quality and detail-oriented.
• Able to handle higher workloads on occasion.
• Passion for exceptional customer service.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships.
