As the Product Integration Specialist (PIS), you will oversee the coordination of initiatives for iGaming, including projects, enhancements, process documentation, regulatory compliance, and performance reporting. The PIS will lead all projects and enhancements related to products and solutions, guiding them through the project lifecycle: from requirements gathering, vendor initiatives, and relationship management, to design development and testing. The final solutions will be delivered to product and marketing teams for launch, media, and communication planning.
Reporting to the Director of iGaming, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Specialists, IT Operations, Developers, Agile Leads, testing teams, PMO, and Assistant Product Managers to support the online gaming portfolio. The PIS will play a crucial role in evolving online gaming to grow revenue, delight, and engage our players. This includes delivering all components of projects, initiatives, enhancements, and deployments.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Specialists, and other business owners to drive continued growth in our channel by supporting areas of opportunity.

Work Location: Office or Hybrid option working from one our Atlantic Canadian Offices (Moncton, NB, Halifax, NS, or St. John's, NL)
Strategy: Contribute to efforts with UX designers, Compliance, Project Management, IT, Test Leads, Finance, and other stakeholders to meet player needs.
Optimize: Research and introduce new mechanisms to improve processes, efficiencies, and departmental workflows.
Vendor Liaison: Connect with multiple content providers for gaming content and integration, relevant to iGaming and back-office functionalities.
Lead and Collaborate: Drive the success of iGaming by leading vendor integrations and implementing strategic enhancements. Build and maintain effective, collaborative relationships throughout the organization.
Player Experience: Define all features and support project development in partnership with development, project management, project integration leads, and various stakeholders.
Assess Business Value: Support the assessment of features, functionality, and business opportunities. Prioritize projects and the product backlog against established value metrics.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role
- Strong technical and analytical skills required
- Must be 19 years of age or older to apply
- Must reside in Atlantic Canada
