Reporting to the Director of Account Management, the Manager will oversee a team of Enterprise level Account Managers who are targeted with retaining and expanding current customers. In accordance with the Director of Account Management, you will set team goals, and train and develop team members. You'll be responsible for motivating, mentoring and guiding the team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue goals. The Manager will also help to improve process efficiencies and assist with broader Account Management team projects/objectives.
- Lead and mentor Senior Account Managers.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual renewal and expansion targets.
- Motivate the team to achieve performance goals.
- Manage and report on your team's forecast, pipeline, and individual performance.
- Support the Director, Account Management to execute the Account Management strategy.
- Contribute to and enhance the sales training processes.
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, and training to build a strong team; provide ongoing coaching for new hires.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives.
- Travel may be required.
- 3-5 years of experience managing customer-facing teams.
- 2-3 years of Enterprise Account Management experience.
- A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be sales-minded and sales-target driven.
- Incredibly organized.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Love for data, testing and learning.
