Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is seeking a passionate, skilled and adaptable individual to join our team as a Program Manager of Child and Youth Services, within the ISD Framework. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, leading and delivering services to Children, Youth and Families.

Who you are
You have a worked in a Health Care setting for a minimum of 5 years. You have 3 year experience in supervising a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform the duties of the job and a good Work Record.
You have a University Degree in a related field. You must be liscensed or registered and a member in good standing of the respective provincial and/or national associations as determined by the profession.

Written and spoken competence in English is required at an advanced level.
What you will do
Participating in strategic planning for the service. Leading operational planning for the zone.
Directing, overseeing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the provision of services
Managing fiscal and human resources to ensure the quality and safety of service delivery
Ensuring adherence with professional practice standards, as well Horizon Health Network policies, processes and procedures
Collaborating with internal stakeholders and community partners to provide comprehensive integrated services
Leading special projects and quality improvement initiatives
Participating in the recruitment, selection and professional development of staff
Mentoring, coaching and providing staff with Feedback on performance.
