Job Title: Technical Analyst
Location: Moncton, NB
Shift: Monday-Friday; 8:00AM-5:00PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support for end users, focusing on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Resolve technical issues that require a hands-on approach, beyond the capabilities of the Service Desk.
- Deploy IT solutions related to end-user devices
- Set up and deploy new technologies, including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, VoIP systems, network equipment, server migrations, and software applications.
- Analyze, document, and escalate critical issues to the appropriate support groups.
- Monitor and ensure timely escalation of customer issues to internal teams and vendors.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and implement upgrades as necessary.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on quality.
- Physical capability to set up and deploy computer equipment.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Microsoft SCCM, DHCP, DNS, and Wi-Fi.
- Basic networking skills, including wireless and endpoint switching (Cisco, Juniper) and client remote access.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
