Purpose The Vice President, Corporate Lending Services (The VP), provides strategic direction, leadership and oversight to the Lending Services team, which supports lending activities in Canada, US, Europe, Asia, and the offshore book in International Banking, ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are supported in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. Leads GWO Lending Services teams to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of corporate loans to the Bank's clients. Includes support for syndicated loans (agency & participation), corporate loans (bilateral), and traded loans. Accountabilities

Education / Experience
- MBA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent designation.
- 10+ years of experience in lending operations.
- Knowledge of corporate credit and corporate lending would be an asset.
- Awareness of lending regulations, AML/ATF/Sanctions regulations
- Strong knowledge of the primary technologies, products, and markets in which GWO's business partners operate and the core processes to support those.
- Extensive experience interacting with senior executives and managing relationships with key contacts inside and outside the Bank.
