CUSTOMER
- Apply understanding of respective business knowledge and strategies to produce relevant and meaningful analysis and materials to support the creation and maturation of business goals and objectives.
- Develop analysis and proper visualization or presentation to illustrate business trends and identify areas of business opportunities.
- Produce insights and recommend business actions to support business strategy and/or solve business problems.
- Work in partnership with various functional areas to provide day-to-day support and delivery of systemic solutions.
- Execute on business needs through the configuration and deployment of Third Party Risk Management applications
- Represent functional area as an analytics & insights professional and key resource.
- Act as a bridge to translate business requirements to analytics, application configuration, and reporting needs for a given domain while leveraging tools/ techniques/ methods that can be easily interpreted by the target audience.
- Provides day-to-day support and delivery of Third Party Risk Management applications.
- Contribute to the identification of key performance indicators.
SHAREHOLDER
- Provide suggestions, ideas, and opportunities to support business needs.
- Identify opportunities for business maturity and/or efficiencies for an assigned business or function.
- Identify and investigate system related issues.
- Ensure system changes and design are reviewed to validate accuracy and minimize any potential errors.
- May be required to educate/train business users post solution implementation.
- Build business requirements, test cases and communication documents for implemented solutions.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative methodologies to interpret and present data effectively and clearly.
- Conduct internal and external research projects; support the development / delivery of presentations / communications to management or broader audience.
- Adhere to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts.
- Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite.
- May lead work streams by acting as a project lead / subject matter expert for small scale projects / initiatives in accordance with project management methodologies.

- Act as a brand ambassador for your business area/function and the bank, both internally and/or externally
BREADTH & DEPTH:
- Work independently as the senior analyst / subject matter expert and may coach and educate others.
- Considered a subject matter expert within a given area.
- Oversee and/or independently perform tasks from end to end.
- Focus on short to medium -term issues (e.g. monthly-quarterly)
- Generally, reports to a Senior / Manager role.
EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION
Mandatory
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of relevant risk management experience
Preferred
- Familiarity with Third Party Risk and associated regulations
- Coupa Risk Assess Configuration/reporting experience
- Experience crafting technical documentation of business requirements, and/or test cases
- Business Analyst experience
- User Acceptance Testing experience
- Application configuration experience
