The associate is responsible for facilitating the implementation and delivery of system tools, products, services, and applications. They review and analyze Business requirements, document, identify risks and make recommendations to achieve optimal results.
They create and or modify training material and deliver it to trainers. They develop, run and analyze test cases, ensuring accurate results, adhering to strict timelines, and minimizing Business unit risks.
- Responsible for documenting various project activities and outputs (requirements/ communications/ meeting minutes)
- Implements and delivers new systems and services to operational teams focusing on best practices and solutions
- Assesses and participates in the development of System Requirement Specifications, test reports issuances
- Ensures that various steps to implement a project/process are respected
- Creates/modifies methods and procedures and delivers training/coaching to various departments
- Coordinates and manages training sessions
- Supports all systems and applications at a user level
- Maintains and updates reference material
- Creation of project related reports and analysis documentation
- Analyze data/reports to provide insight into results
Key decision / Problem Solving:
- Analyze and resolve issues to minimize system and application risks and negative impacts for Operational partners.
- Ensures timelines are met for all training and communication delivery.
- Researches and obtains various test results, investigates and documents results and recommends interim solutions if applicable
- Study, analyze, resolve and troubleshoot unusual and complex situations and submit resolutions to improve/update reference tools, aids
- Communicate with external/internal stakeholders
- Make key decisions or recommendations to challenges while maintaining a positive experience
- Strong written documentation skills
- Ms Excel intermediate level
- Ms Word intermediate level
- Experience in analyzing and reporting on complex situations
- Proven leadership skills
- Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong Knowledge of Field operational procedures (Field dispatch), processes, products, and services
- Extensive Knowledge of Control Center processes
- Knowledge of CLICK
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a quick-paced, evolving environment and work well under pressure with minimal supervision
- Must be able to balance working as a team and work independently
- Proven to constantly exceed on performance results
- Knowledge of the following systems: WFAS, Action!, FWFM, TM+, Orario/Studio, Libra
- Project management certification or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of technologies and systems with hands on experience supporting various user groups
- Bilingualism (English and French)
- Hours of operation Monday to Friday, Shift /schedule flexibility.
