Salary Range: $47,971 - $59,969 per annum

YOUR FOCUS

The Project Coordinator would report directly to the Director of Innovation & NouLAB and be responsible for supporting the delivery of PDC's project portfolio. This would include supporting the development of projects, the tracking of leadership councils, administrative tasks to ensure the smooth delivery of projects, and general support of signature events.

  • Support the Director with coordination and delivery of new projects and initiatives, and required collaborations internally and externally.
  • Assist in the creation and development of new projects, ensuring they align with PDC's mission. This includes maintaining records, managing schedules, and coordinating communications.
  • Provide overall support for PDC's signature events, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively. This involves logistical planning, coordination with various stakeholders, and addressing any issues that arise during event execution.
  • Conduct and synthesize basic desktop research during the discovery phase of projects, and support report writing of both the research and at the end of a project based on outcomes.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination and working with a diverse organization with multiple stakeholders.

Additional Strengths:

  • Proficient with project coordination tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that include excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and attention to detail are required.
  • Accuracy, good judgment, and ability to exercise initiative are critical.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexible, able to prioritize and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven record of achieving project goals on time and produce deliverables of a high quality with impact.
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced work environment with new challenges daily.
  • Highly observant, dynamic, and authentic in your work.
