This position is to provide administrative support for Food & Beverage at RED SHORES while being the contact for guests and groups regarding reservations, promotions, events, feedback/comments, etc. This position will be responsible for the administrative tracking of customer service comments on their experience at RED SHORES. This information will be shared with management for statistics analysis on trends, covers and customer service feedback.
• Single point of contact for all reservation inquiries including groups and events (call & online booking).
• Maintain reservation line (phone messages, calls, bookings, special requests, and inquires).
• Point of contact for guest inquiries during OHW (reservations, information, promotions).
• Prepare the seating plan as per reservation bookings, staff working and special requests.
• Support the promotion of F&B events, functions, and marketing promotions.
• Familiarity with all menus / specials / promotions for responding to guest inquires.
• Assisting in developing menu ideas and promotional communication material with marketing.
• Prepare summaries of customer service comment cards for management review.
• Maintain the F&B offerings that are communicated for customers online.
• Create material and information for lunch (on-line, flyers, menu design, and table toppers).
• Welcomes guests at the Top of the Park during lunch, dinner, and special events.
• Position may be covering "after hours" and weekends.
• Prepare all meal cards and gift cards for customers and staff.
• Balance cash received as well.
• 1-2 years' experience with administrative support.
• Strong organizational, time management, planning and communication skills.
• Knowledge in group business (catering) and banquet service.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
• Meet & exceed customer service standards.
